2. Description of Service

LaunchCV is an AI-powered CV builder that helps users create, optimize, and export professional resumes and cover letters. The service includes AI-powered CV rewriting, ATS score analysis, cover letter generation, and document export in PDF and Word formats.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan: Limited features including 1 CV, Classic template, 3 AI improvements per month, 1 cover letter (lifetime), 1 Import & Improve (lifetime), and watermarked PDF export.

Pro Plan: Full access including unlimited CVs, all templates (Classic, Premium, Minimal, Executive), unlimited AI improvements, unlimited cover letters, unlimited Import & Improve, and clean PDF + Word export without watermark.

4. Payment and Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at 9€/month or available as a one-time lifetime purchase at 49€.
• Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy.
• No refund on current billing period. Access is retained until end of cycle.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.

5. Prohibited Uses

• You may not use the service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the AI models or algorithms.
• You may not use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.

6. Intellectual Property

LaunchCV and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LaunchCV. The CVs and cover letters you create using the service belong to you. You retain full ownership of the content you produce.

7. Limitation of Liability

LaunchCV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee that your CV will result in job interviews or employment.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of France.
