1. Subscription Payments

LaunchCV does not offer refunds on subscription payments. When you subscribe to a Pro plan, you are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing settings.
  • Upon cancellation, your Pro access is retained until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.

3. Lifetime Purchases

Lifetime access purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing lifetime access, you acknowledge that this is a one-time, irrevocable transaction.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team at support@launchcv.net. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
